Legacy Society

Bethesda likes to recognize our incredibly generous legacy supporters with membership into Annie’s Legacy Society. We are forever grateful for the support of compassionate people like you. Thank you for all that you do!

When Bethesda first opened its doors in 1904, one of the first people it supported was 13-year-old, Annie. Though she faced tremendous challenges, with time, patience and love, she learned to sew, sing, serve meals and memorize Bible verses, as well as understand the joy of serving others. Because at Bethesda, Annie didn’t just find a home; she found her purpose. Read more about Annie’s story.

It is in honor of her spirit and faith that we founded Annie’s Legacy Society. By arranging for a planned gift to Bethesda, either through your will, life insurance, or other charitable giving, you’ll be supporting and empowering people with disabilities to live lives filled with choice, dignity, limitless potential and faith.

Through Annie’s Legacy Society, her memory lives on—just as yours will.

As a member of Annie’s Legacy Society, you will receive:
